Apple Partnership
The City of Henderson Nevada and the Clark County School District have assembled a group of parents, teachers, principals and city representatives to create the APPLE (All People Promoting Literacy Efforts) Partnership.
This partnership is based on the following beliefs:
- All children are capable of learning
- Reading is the basis of all learning
- Parents and families are the biggest influences on literacy and development
- Parents are the most important teachers in a child's life
