April 2010 marks 57 years of rich tradition and history for the City of Henderson. Commemorating the joyous occasion will be the annual Heritage Parade and Festival in the Water Street District.
Festivities include live entertainment, international food booths, dance and cooking demonstrations, craft booths, a classic car show and parade.
Come out and celebrate Henderson’s heritage and vitality throughout the years. It’s fun for the whole family. Please see a list of scheduled activities below.

Parade Participation
Sign up to participate in the Henderson Heritage Parade. The theme this year is "Futuristic Henderson - Decade of Destiny." It is FREE to participate in the parade. Cash prizes will be awarded for the following 4 catagories: Best Float, Best Marching Band, Best Group and Best Costume. Entries must be received by March 31, 2010. Car Show Participation
Submit your vintage or classic car for participation in the International Food & Folklife Car Show as part of the 2010 Henderson Heritage Parade and Festival. All years, makes and models of classic vehicles are welcome. Trophies and Awards will be given for serval different categories. Complete and submit the Car Show Application for inclusion.
